VoleiBook
Terms of use
Last updated:
By using VoleiBook, an app by Ilargi Creative (Paul Moya, Ondarroa, Bizkaia, Spain), you accept these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what is done with your account. Let us know if you think someone is using it without permission.
Your content
The content you create (teams, players, matches, scoresheets, photos) is yours. You allow us to store it and show it inside the app and to the people you choose to share it with. If you add other people's data or photos, you must have their permission, or their families' if they are minors.
PRO subscriptions
VoleiBook offers auto-renewing subscriptions with extra features. The price and duration are shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple (App Store) or Google Play account, depending on where you buy.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
- Deleting your account or the app does not cancel the subscription: you must cancel it in the store.
Acceptable use
You must use the app lawfully and respectfully, without trying to access other people's accounts or data or harming the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Deleting your account
You can delete it at any time from the menu (☰) → My profile → Delete account. Your account, teams and matches are removed, and this cannot be undone. More details in the privacy policy.
Changes to the service
We may improve, change or stop offering parts of the app. If a change affects a paid subscription, we will let you know in advance.
Liability
We take care of the app and your data, but we provide it as is, with no guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
